(Before Mr H. W. Brabant S.M.) X* JUDGMENT.
In the case A. A. S. Maxwell v. J. McLellan and W. Lang, claim £32 Is 8d for damages sustained by plaintiff through the neglect of defendants, or one of them, to deliver 1,000 Great Maratoto shares purchased by plaintiff from McLellan through Lang, His Worship now gave judgment for plaintiff against McLellan only for £30, with costs £4 14s. Plaintiff was non-suited against Lang, each party to pay his own costs.
