WARDEN'S COURT.

PAEROA, Saturday.
The Warden's Court was occupied aU yesterday afternoon until late at night, 'hearing evidence in the plaint brought by Major Fitzgerald against Andrew McLeod, for an order for dissolution of partnership and recovery of £150 at present lodged in the Warden's Office by McLeod. Mr Clendon with Mr AY. M. Jackson represented the complainant, and Mr Reed the defendant. The Warden made an order as prayed for the delivery of £150, and that the partnership be dissolved and accounts taken.
E.Roycroftv.P. Walsh.—Claim £6, forunlawfully removing a fence on residence site at Waihi. Mr Miller for plaintiff and Mr Moss for defendant.—His Worship dismissed the case. With regard to Higgins' section it is understood that a re-survey will be made, and that the licensed holding section, 28Sa, will have the surplus. C. J. Saunders v. T. P. Vuglar.— Claim for £25 9s Od, being a partnership share in certain mining interests. The case was heard last Court day. —His Worship gave judgment for the amount claimed, with costs £5 19s.
