GISBORNE HARBOUR BOARD.

Gi.SBOKXK, this day. THIS Harbour Board lias accepted the tender of a local linn at £b',ooo for excavating- Papa Uock in the inner harbour. The Board has also decided to write to the Colonial Treasurer asking him to enquire why the Hank of New Zealand refused to accept the Board's account.
