Norman Proprietary.—The drive ia in 285 ft in all. The counbry is sbill very hard and web, bub from bhe appearance of bhe face, a change for bhe bebber is nob far off. Wonona.—The foobwall side of thereof has been stripped and broken down for aboub 6fb. The country is a good class ot sandstone for gold. Komata Triumph. — Prospecting the spur behind the house, situated near the south west corner peg, resulted in the getting of a considerable quantity of loose quartz, some of the pieces being over one cwt. Fabulous. — M Satisfactory progress is being made in extending bhe drive along the lode. Some old ' workings have been found near the mais aileak, from which it is stated good gold was got Ib is intended to prospect at this poinb." Four in Hand.—The reef is ab present aboub three feeb sir inchos in thickness. In the rise gold ia seen freely through the ore. Stanley.— The waterfall crosscut is passthrough favourable counbry, in which small mineralised quartz veins are met with which give traces of gold. Golden Planet.—A lode has been eat in j in No. 3 drive, from four to five feet wide, of a very promising appearance, the quartz being similar to that of Broken Hill mine. Quartz still showing in the face.
