Development work in the mine has been temporarily suspended pending completion of important oubaide work. A diabunce of 400 ft has been opened up on the Royal reef, and in the southern end the ore shows every indication of continuing, but at tho northern point the drive has beon driven to the surface. The reef continues at a depth, and will no doubo be opened up by a deeper level.
