Shepherd, Lord Salisbury claim, two men, four months ; Omega Company, Christina claim, two men, four montha, and Omega claim, two men, -four months ; Waitete Company, Waitete claim, four men, four months ; New Zealand Jubilee Company, Waitekauri Jubilee Extended claim, six men for tour months. Charles Collins applied to havo an area at Waitekauri on the Clansman claim containing spring water reserved for public purposes. The application was granted. Mr Porritb drew the attention of the Warden to the facb thab residence sites were now granted on special claims withoub any resumption clauses, and he held that owners of all claims should have notice of all applications for residences on their ground, so that they could see where such residence sites were. His Worship decided that the duplicate of the notice sent to the owner of the claim Bhould bo affixed to all applications, as evidence thab such had been served. Miscellaneous grants: Deep Lead G.M. Company, machine site on Deep Load claim. PLAINTS FOR FORFEITURE.. A plaint for forfeiture of the Komata West Extended licensed holding, on the ground of non-working and non-payment of rent, was called, bub there was no appearance of defendant, and the application was refused as the parb owner, O'Hara, was nob joined in /the plainb. The Receiver of Gold Revenue v. the Grand Junction G.M. Company: Plainb thab renb is in arrears for twelve months for the Waka claim, and that the claim should be forfeited. Mr Clendon appeared tor the defendanb company, and explained that this company had spent £14,000 in developing their properties in Waihi, and the non-payment of renb was an oversight entirely. His Worship inflicted a fine of 40a and costs. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. Joseph Nntsey : Plainb for forfeiture of Waihi South Extended for non-payment of rent. —There was no appearance of defendanb. —Mr Moresby, receiver, swore bo the facts, and His Worship decreed forfeit. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. H. C. Savage : Plaint for forfeiture of the Lily of Waihi claim for nonpayment of rent.— Forfeited by consent. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. Murdock Munro.—-Plaint lor forfeiture of Firsb Mate for non-payment of rent. —There was no appearance of defendanb, and the claim was forfeited. Mining Registrar v. J. Thorp, plainb for forfeiture of the Trilby claim for nonpaymenb of rent. Decree for forfeiture. Mining Registrar v. Fred Smith, plainb for forfeitcre of Fifby-foob Reef claim for non-paymenb of renb. Decree for forfeiture granted. Mining Registrar v. George Crosby.— Plaint for forfeiture of the Coldstream Extended claim for nonpayment ot rent. Decree for forfeibure granted. Mining Registrar v. William Burbon. — Claim for forfeiture of Great Caesar claim for non-payment ot rent.—Claim forfeited. Same v. Thomas Corbebb.—Plaint for forfeiture of Taniwha claim for nonpayment of rent.—Ciaim forfeited. Mining Registrar v. H. C. Savage.— Plainb for forfeiture of Star claim for nonpaymenb of rent. Claim forfeited. Same v. H. C. Savage for forfeibure of Golden Planeb claim, and v. La Mascotto Company for La Maecotto olaim.—Both forfeited.
