KRUGER'S PRISONERS.
London, March 4,
Mr Chamberlain advises Sampson and Davis, two Englishmen connected with the Transvaal raid, and lefr. in prison in Pretoria, to petition for clemency and to submit to banishment. He states that thsiir refusal to accept roleano will nob assist in redressing Rand grievances.
