Thamks, this day. The driver of a heavy trolley had a narrow escape from death yesterday afternoon. While proceeding down the wharf he tell off the trolley, and the wheels passed over hia leg. Fortunately no bones were broken. . The Hon. A. < T. Cad man, Minister of Mines, visited the Thames Hauraki Goldfields Company's property yesterday, and in company with Mr T. A. Dunlop (Superintendent) ijispechai) various works in hand. He also visited the School of Miaes.
