PRINCESS MAY.
A meeting of holders of syndicate shares in the Princess May property. Karangahake, was held on Jan. 11 for the purpose of forming a no liability company. Mr H. Brebb waa vobed to bhe chair. A company called the Princess Goldmining company wao formed as follows:—Capital, £2,500 in ~0,000 shares of la each nil paid up ; 40,000 shares to be issued to existing shareholders and 10,000 reserved for the company. Messrs H. Brett, Johnson and Finlayaon were elected directors, and Mr H. Giifillan, junr., legal manager. WOODSTOCK. Every efforb is being made At the Company* mtno to have the new battery'ready lor trial by the end of January or early in February. A large staff of men are engaged making tha final connections.
