WAITEKAURI NO. 2,
An option has been granted to the Anglo Mines Investment Company for the flotation of this property on the following terms :—New company to havo a capital of £150,000 i» £1 shares; working capital not leßa than £20,000 ; vendors to receive 45,000 aharoa fully paid up (equal to 1 share for every 2£ now held), and £1,500 cash, net in both cases. Option to last for seven months from arrival of necessary documents in London, such papers, etc., to be forwarded by outgoing San Francisco mail of December 26th. A deposit of £250 is to be paid to vendors for any further extension of timo. The Anglo New Zealand Co. is to continuously man the ground with six men under a competent man in the meantime for a period of seven calendar months from the signiag of the option, and to bear all expenditure in connection with fcks same. EAGLB. Shareholders in the Eagle, Nancy and Yeroßica claims ad Omahu mot on Friday at Mr W. H. Churtsn's office, and resolved to form a company to bo called fcha Eagle (no-liability), with a capital of £5,000 in 100,000 shares of Is oach, Id paid up. A call of £1 per 1,000 shares was mado payable before registration. Tha following appointments wero made : — Directors, Messrs Graves Aickin, W. T. J. 8011, J. D. Connolly, J. J. Craig, We. Johnston aod T. J. Stcele ;'manager, Mr W, JEL Cburfeon ; bankers, National Bank of New Zealand [Limited) ; solicitors, Messrs Jackson and Russell; auditor, Mr E. Waymouth. At a subsequent) meeting of directors, Mr W. Johnston was elected Chairtnaa.
