Better business waa done in Thames stocks to-day, while Upper Thames stocks of the better claes had more transactions. Woodstocks changed hands ot 48e, and Talismans ab 15s (id. while £4 os was unavailingly offered for Waitakauris. Portsoas and Grace Darlings also had steady buyers at late rates.- In Thames stocks sales were made of May Queen's at 10s, Hazelbanks ab be, Puru Consolidated abj 5s lOd and 6s, and Cambrias ab 2s 6d, with steady buyers of all three. VYaiotahis were still wanted ab 403. Kuaotunu stocks were almost entirely neglected. In Coromandel stocks Bunker's Hills advanced from 5a 2d to 5s 6d with free transactions ab bhe latter figure. Welcome Finds also firmed a* little, sales being made ab 3s with further buyers. Aa inquiry also seb in for Zelacdias ab Is 6d,
