The average assays from this new find are between 16dwt and tfdwt to the ton. WAITEKAURI MAGAZINE. An offer has been made to floab the Waitekauri Magazine property on the Home market on the following terms :— Capital of new company, £120,000, in £1 shares: present shareholders to receive £1,000 cash and 22,500 paid-up pharea; working capital of £20,000 to be provided ; option to be given for four calendar months from the arrival in London of the necessary documents, etc. Tho directors have accepted the offer.
