A special general meeting of shareholders in the above Company was held yesterday morning ab the office of Mr H. Gfilfillan, Mr Gorrie presiding. Resolutions were passed authorising tbe directors to issue 10,000 of the Company's reserved shares, end to use these, as payment for the licensed holding known as The Despised. Ib was resolved to incorporate the above licensed holding with the Albert properby, and tbe directors were also authorised to make the necessary arrangements for bhe purchase. COROMANDEL MINT G.M. COMPANY.

A meeting of shareholders in the Coromandel Minb G;M. Company waa held ab Messrs Stone and Home's office yesterday afternoon for tbo purpose of altering the constitution of the Company. Mr C. B. Stone presided. Ib waa resolved thab the Company be registered under the No Liability Company Act, and bhab all the available shares, viz.,' 22,500, be offered to the presenb shareholders; 16,000 shares were subscribed for in bhe room, the remainder to bo open to the ehareholdars for one week before being offered to the public.
