The transfer of the Central and Pilot properties at Waitekauri to the Enghah Company that has been floated in London is now registered; and a cable to that effect has been sent Home. The £5,000 purchase money being already lodged in London, will, no doubt, be remitted shortly after receipb of the news of the transfer, lhe name of the new Company is the Waitekauri Union Goldmines (Limited).
