Paeeoa, this day. A meeting of shareholders in the Waitekauri Magazine Goldmining Company was held yesterday in the Commercial Hotel, Paeroa, Captain Morris presiding. It was decided to start work ab once on a email reef four feet wide, and from which assays from £1 18a b0.£13 16s were stated to have been obtained. Mr Morrisy was appointed supervisor, with instrucbions to pub in a drive and cob this reef at a depth of 20 or 30 fee*. The property is regarded as a valuable one, and it occupies an advantageous position.
