KRUGER'S PROPOSALS.
NO REFERENCE TO REFORMERS' GRIEVANCES.
JAMESON'S RAID,
Pretoria, May 6.
Kruger's message to the Volksraad indicates that it is intended to bring down measures dealing with the education question, but makes no reference to the grievances of the Reformers or concessions. He attributes Jameson's raid to malevolence. He announced his intention of establishing two consular agents in Germany.
