Pretokia, February 3» President Kruger has requested the Spanish Uovernmenb bo arrest Charlos Leonard, solicitor, one of the Transvaal fugitives, who escaped on tho voyage from Capo Colony to England, and landed at TenerilTe.
Forty of Jameson's troopers were landed at Porb Elizabeth.
Members of the Commission of inquiry have left England.
