MUSICAL EXAMINATION.
Tho Secretary of the Trinity College, London (for musical education and examination), has forwarded bhe pass list of the examinations recently held by the College ab Auckland and Wanganui, which were conducted by Mr Myles Birkeb Foster, ono of the moab experienced visiting examiners in bhe college's services. The following is a branscripb of the lisb. The candidates names are placed in bhe ; order of merit, and bho subjecb of examination is pianoforte playing, except when otherwise stated :-*- Senior Division. Honours certificates.— Batger, Heywood, Walton (violin), Thompson (pianoforb dueb), Brabanb. Senior Division. Pass certificate. — Bracketed candidabes equal in merit. (Player, Thomson), (J. Adams, Spooner, Pianoforbo dueb, T. Adams, cornob, Blair), (Winstone, Warren), Christie. Junior Division. Honours Certificate.—• Whitolaw (violin), Dine, J. Smibh.
