Some interesting work got through ab Ellerslie this morninff. Sb* Hippo spurted six furlong 3 with A.con3,bobh horses moving well. The first named promises to bo hard to beat in the Auckland Racing Club Handicap. Mauser galloped a milo und a half, being assisted by Uniform for tho last five furlongs of the journey. Osculator compassed three rounds at a steady pace. This horse is very sore, and ho wil! find Fabulist) hard to beat in the Derby. Tiritea gob through strong work. Kingsinan and St. Clements covered seven furlongs aba sound pace. Folly galloped a mile and a-half ia a, taking manner. Dreamland got through strong work. Fishmonger did half paco exercise. Defiance defeated Daring arid Sabretache in a five furlong gaiiop. Bioodshob galloped cix furlongs. Doris and Forma got through ptrong work. Musketry galloped a round by himself. St. Laura has arrived to take part in the meeting. lloscius has bsen struck oub of the Steeplechase. Acceptances for the minor events of Wednesday's races close to-night ab 9 o'clock. The second forfeib for the Derby folia due to-morrow at noon. , Hippona.
