ARRIVED AT INVERCARGILL

Invkrcargill, this day. The Treasurer arrived to-day, and was mot at the station by the Mayor and a large number of citizens. He was presented with an illuminated address .of welcome, and was enthusiastically cheered. He responded briefly to the address. A public meeting takes place at the theatre to-night, and subsequently Mr Ward will be entertained at dinner.
