'H.e was so seriously ill, in fact, that it was.probable another adjournment would have to be made next week.— The accused said he wished to make a statement. :\ He was guilty of the charge, but had accompanied Detective Bailey to the place where the stolen property vwas and had handed over everything to him.—Thecase was adjourned as requested. . ,
