Anltalian business man has proposed to the Government to set aside a suitable,area of land to establish fifty peasant Italian families, who shall undertake the growing oi the castor oil plant for production of oil, sericulture and viticulture. He asks the Government to grant free or assisted passages from Naples, admit eeeds and machinery free k and grant a moderate' amount of protection to the industries initiated. :
