THE SHEARING DISPUTE.
Sydney, March 31,
The Australian Workers' Union has sent a circular to the Pastoralists' Union, asking for a conference in a conciliatory spirit on all poinbs of difference, and stating that if the Conference agreement of 1892 is adopted for the coming shearing season, a guarantee will be given that there will be no labour troubles. A demund, however, is made for £1 5e per week, and rations as a minimum for rouse-aboubs.
