THE NEW SOUTH WALES GRAIN DUTIES.
Sydney, this day. The city millers state that since the Premier announced the removal of the «rain duties, wheat is coming in faster than they require, and they now offer only 2S 3d, or twopence below the price formerly paid. According to the Sydney " Morning Herald," the experiment of making a change in the duty during the cereal year is pretty generally condemned in commercial circles.
