Firbb.prospocbors, giving news of a cheerful characber for the shareholders. The cablegram received is as follows .-—M Secured lease at Lake Cowan. Reef six feet., Good visible gold all through." The lasb * lebber the local secretary reV ceived trom the party stated that they intended to proceed to Dundas with camels, and Mr Hunb as prospector. .It was further stated that there were good rfeefs in the Dundas district, and plenty of waber. ' Lake Cowan'is sibilated about twenty miles from Dundas, and about 100 miles from Coolgardie. Ib will be remembered thab the Coolgardie Prospecting Syndicate was "formed for the purpose of sending a prospecting party to Coolgardie to prospect and bake up claim or claims on behalf of the Syndicate.
