HOREWHENUA BLOCK.

Wellington, this day. The Chief Justice gave judgment to - day in the Horowhenua Block case, declaring Major Kemp and Warena Huina, joint trustees for the natives for the block. Costs wore given against Haina as on a claim for £5,000. Judgment ia in favour of Kemp. Sydney, December 17. At lunch the Englishmen had three wickets down for a hundred and forty.
