"***- Rome, September 23. Owing to friendly advances of labe between Germany and France, the King of Italy is uneasy, fearing hia influence may be displaced and the Triple Alliance injured. He. has recalled from the Embassy at Paris, Count Ressman, who has been prominent in his efforts to reconcile the two enemies, and transfers Count Tornielli from London to Berlin.
