A meebing of creditors was held this afternooD ab the office of the^ Official Assignee, to receive and consider tenders ior the purchase of the property in the estate of Walter Hill, baker, of Onehunga.- Three creditors were presenb. A tender of £55 was received for all property in the estate, outside the book debt 3, and one of £15 for the book debts. Mr Lawson said aB he had had obtained valuation from a local firm of auctioneers showing thab the property tendered forab £55 could be sold by bbem for£73ab auction, whilst the book debts werevalued ab £130, ib would be advisable to defer dealiug wibb either of bhe tenders till it was ascertained if the property could be disposed of ab bebter prices than those tendered. This was agreed to.
