THE ASSAILANT ARRESTED. Carnot was stabbed last night on leaving the Palais de Commerce in Lyons. The would-be assassin darted oub from among a small knob of onlookers, and threw himself on the Presidenb. He was promptly arrested. Carnob was going to the theatre, where he intended to spend the evening.
