CIVIL PROCEEDINGS RESISTED,
London, June 23. Mr Martin (of Turnbull, Martin and Co.)> ono ot the new Board of the New Zoalan d Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, declares that the Board waa determined to resist the initiation of the civil proceedinga proposed by Mr Sto wart, the Official Receiver, to recover from tho members of the old Board tha amount of dividends paid oub of capibal.
