Wellington, this day. Arrangements are to be made, if possible, for the despatch of a special train from New Plymouth W Wellington every week for the purpose of bringing down dairy produce. A large number of factories are affiliating to the National Dairy Association, and before Ion? & permanent Secretary will 'be located in Wellington.
