PRESIDENT CLEVELAND THREATENED.
Washington, April 28. The guard at the White House has been increased. President Cleveland remains at Washington, though warned to avoid the streets, since the Coxeyites possess dynamite.
News has been received thab the Toluca workmen have fled, and tbab the troops have dispersed the Unionist ooercers.
