A Bill introduced in the House of Commons by Colonel Nolan, member for Galway North, for the repeal of bhe Irish Crimes Act, was read a second time on a division by a majority of six votes. It ia expected that when Colonel Nolan's Bill cornea to a division, the voting power of the Unionists will be one-third below the strength of the party, as ib is known bhe Government haa no intention of proceeding wibh the measure.
