London, March 16.

A Frenchman named Gallen, a leading Anarchist, who was arrested id London at tho instance of the French Premier, after the attempt to blow up Greenwich Observatory last month, has been discharged. The police raided the Anarchist club which has its premises in the vicinity of the defunct Autonomic Club. Numbers of papers were seized, and all members found on the premises were searched.
