SIR ROBERT STOUT.

Wellington, this day. Sir Robort Stout is arrangiug to address a meeting especially for ladies noxb week, when he will speak on political subjects generally. Ho will deliver a political address ab Christchurch and possibly at Invercargill before the elections. In his speech to-morrow night, Sir Robert will only refer to some of the planks of the policy ho intends to enunciate, and he anticipates he will take three evenings to thoroughly disclose his policy.
