At their Queen-street Mart to-day Me?srfl Cochrane and Son sold a cottago in Springstreet, Ponsonby, with an allotment of 33 feet by 91 feet for £100. A dwelling-house and allotment at Devonport was bought by the mortgagee. There was a good attendance aba property sale held by Messrs Baker Bros, at their Queen-street Mart this afternoon, wheji a fivo roomed cottage and allotment were offered. Tho bidding did not meet the reserve the property waa consequently passed in.
