Drol?kenness.—John Symons was fined 20s, or, in default, seven days' imprisonment with bard labour. Larceny. — Je3sie Sam ways, charged with stealing five pairs of bootß, was, on the application of Mr W. J. Napier, remanded until next Tuesday, in order that Dr. Giles might receive the report of the Probation Officer. Supporting their Children.—Patrick Doyle was ordered to pay three shillings per week towards the maintenance of his son in the Industrial School.—James Johnston said he was unable to contributo towards the support of his son in the Industrial School.—The Bench, however, thought differently, and ordered him to pay 3s per week. Several other cases were adjourned.
