Wellington, this day. Messrs Palmer and Mitchelson accompanied Mr Withetord to interview the Premier today in regard to the Birkenhead landslip. The Premier arranged that Mr Witheford should meet the Undersecretary for Public Works on Monday, re the engineering aspect of the question.
