Cooper, Deputy Inspector, bhankincr thorn for the vigilanoo with which they watch dvor the patients at Avondalo Asylum. He referred npecially to the caso3 of Miss Campion and MrJudcl, and said, "I ajrreo with you in both cases in tho conclusion arrived nb." As regards tho desirability of calling in tho doctor in every case of a fall in a til of epilepsy, Dr. Macjjregor expressed bis bolief that tho Superintendent will pay every reapect to their expressed wishes and give such instructions as aro necessary in hie opinion. U'er understand that Messrs Cooper and EuWton have replied to Dr. Mncjjregor thatrthoy believe the Avondale Asylum to be//ne of the very best managed public inotitutions in the colony.
