IRISH HOME RULE.
London, July 24. The Duke of Devonshire will move the rejection of the Home Rule Bill in the House of Lords. During the discussion in the House of Commons on the financial clauses, Mr Chamberlain said that owing to Irish patriotism being simply a plant which required watering with British gold, Mr Gladstone had fared Ireland's contribution under her (taxable capacity.
