Mr Willis, the newly-elected member fof Wanganui, is to move the Address-in-Replj to the Governor's speech. =■■■ Mr Harry Vogel, a City Councillor, and son of Sir Julias, in practice as a barristet here, has definitely stated his intention a' standing for the House at the next eloo tion.
