(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Receiving Stolen Goods.-The charge againsb Ah Chee of having received certain property, knowing ib to be stolen, occupied the Supreme Courb until ten o clock last nighb. The evidence of the boys Alfred Petersen, Sydney Marshall, and Ernest Marshall, wlm were convicted of stealing the castings from Mr Oliver's shop was ui?V The substance of the evidence was published when the accused was before the Lower Court. - This morning Samuel Marks deposed to having seen the boy Peterson go into the accused's shop on a bunday evening with a can on his head, which was empty when he came out.—Ah Übee—the accused—gave evidence, denying liaving purchased tho metal.
