DEDICATION CEREMONY,
New York, October 22. One hundred thousand people witnessed the dedication of the yrouudsand buildings connected with the World's Fair in Chicago yesterday. Ib was a most representative gathering, almost every American and foroign notable in the United States being presenb. Fnteen bhousand troops were on parade. Mr Chauncey Depew delivered an address, and i of erred to the facb that bhe Australian colonies would be adequately represented.
The Emperor of Germany senb a con gratulatory message.
