Arthur Desmond gave an address on Monday, and was listened to by about 200 people, many of whom expressed derision at the extreme views enunciabed against wealthy people. Desmond maintained thab if the Founder of Christianity were on earth Ho would denounce land monopolists, usurers, financial institutions and syndicates.
