Knight.— £4 158 lOd.—An order was made for the defendant to pay within a week. William Bond v. Arthur Mulgrave.—: £2 12s 4d.—Order made to pay the amount in 14 days. John H. Harper v. Richard Best.—£2 4a.—Order made to pay the amount in 14 days.

Wm. G. Mabey v. Andrew McLeod.— £48 3a 9d, on a judgmenb summons.—This case was defended. Mr Theo. Cooper appeared for bhe judgmenb credibor and Mr S. Heskebh for bhe judgmenb debbor. —The defendant was put in the box and examined as to his means. He stated thab he had a bnsh conbract, bub was unable to work ab present owing to his arm being injured. He was earning no money. Two meetings of his creditors bad been held, and bhey had agreed to allow him time till next spring to carry out bis contract. It was their wish that he should nob go through the Bankruptcy Court.—Mr Cooper evenbually withdrew the case.
