Newton, from Wellington via Nelson and New Plymouth; arrived at' 11.45 this morning with a cargo of grain and Bundriea and the following passengers:— Misses Holmes, Handy, Meadamea Holmes, child- and maid, McLean and 2 children, Wells, Fowles, Nelson, Dennison and family, Messrs Jackson, Browne, Low, Mackay, Bouricly, Prico, Harvey, White, Ecclenwanno, Dennison, Macall, Beaver, and 13 steerage. The Northern Company's e.s. Gairloch, from Waitara, arrived at 2.30 p.m. to-day with a cargo of stock and passengers.
