The Cabinet consider it necessary that the person representing the • Government should visit England \ to remove bad impressions caused by " false and libellous statements ol anonymous writers," It is not intended to override or usurD the duties of the '. Agent-General. Mr Barton will be , acting Premier during Mr Dibbs's absence.
