FIGHTING IN DAHOMEY.
A FRENCH POST ATTACKED.

Fighting is reported in Dahomey. Ten thousand natives attacked Kotanou, a post held by the French on the coast. After three hours' fighting, the French shells proved too much for the negroes, who were driven off with a loss of 250 killed. The French loss was 13.
