New York, December 28. The United States warship will convey to the Russian port the flour and meat which has been purchased by private subscriptions in the United States lor the relief of starving peasants in Russia. St. Petersburg, December 28. Flour which was recently purchased by St. Petersburg City Council for distribution in the distressed districts, has been found to be so adulterated that it is unfit for food.
