PRINCE CHRISTIAN SHOT.

LOSS OF AN EYE.

London, December 27. Prince Christian, grandson of the Queen, was shot in the eye to-day while out shooting with the Duke of Connaught and Prince Henry of Battenburg, at Osborne. The injury is only of a slight character. Lateb. The shot which struck Prince Christian was fired by the Duke of Connaught Three pellets entered the left eye, and it is reported that the injured organ has been removed.
